Our response to COVID-19

First and for most, we wanted to send our love to you all during this tough time that we’re living through. We know that this pandemic is affecting people in ways we could never have imagined. We hope you’re taking care of yourself both physically and mentally and allowing time to be outside and to practice a bit of self-care.
We are here producing, packing and shipping your bioactive skincare, but just a little differently than normal. As you may have heard by now, New Zealand will move to Alert Level 2 at 12.01am Thurs 14th May. We are so stoked for our country and the efforts we’ve all made together to not only flatten but “stomp” the Covid-19 curve. This means that our online store is up and running and delivering ActivLayr across the nation too.
Please rest assured, what it means for us is that we are able to fulfill orders to you in New Zealand from now on. Those in Australia have been widely unaffected, due to our Australian Logistics partner still operating as per normal! Our dedicated ‘bubble’ production team will be able to pack and ship your orders and we assure you that we will follow the strict procedures around ‘bubble management’, health and safety procedures.
So feel free to order all your skincare needs as required, and we will get them to your front door as soon as we can.
