Refunds & Returns

Usually when you buy things the contract is final. You don’t have the right to return goods and exchange them or get a refund simply because you’ve changed your mind or your circumstances have changed.

However, we are happy to offer a store credit, exchange or refund on an item purchased from us within 30 days where the item is:

  • Faulty – If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, and a photo to hello@activlayr.com.
  • Damaged – If you have received an item that is damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. – Please don’t dispose of the item until we’ve had a chance to chat with you.
